did you know mr iqbal was a bit of an alcoholic ? maybe thats why his poetry was good .... something to think about !

well said Sahi1,,,those who make such remarks have surely never read Iqbal,,,The Poetry of Iqbal revolves around Islam and The Holy Quran , Iqbal himself was not a philospher or poet only He was a Wali (Saint),,,so one should read him first and then judge such sort of remarks made by hombreuk which clealry shows how ignorant he is about Iqbal

paiwasta rah shajr sae umeed-e-bahar rakh |
This nation need a reformer not a director, singer or actor who makes dramas or films.
Of course saving a nation is not a drama, Its a hard work and untired efforts that make a nation prosperous, sovereignt and strong. Europe and West did hard work for centuries to get today status. When we talk about Allama Mohammad Iqbal, then we must be that what he wanted us to be. Iqbal says!
Fard Qaim Rabt e Millat Se Hai Tanha Kuch Nahi
Mouj Hai Darya Mein, Beron e Darya Kuch Nahi
Ho jiski khudi surat e faulad
Uss quom ko shamsher ki hajat nahi rehti
