Salam Alaikum,
I am looking for an old song. I cannot remember the exact title, words, or the singer... but when ever i hear it (its very rare), it just blows me away with the music and the words used in it 
Its partially in Farsi and partially in Urdu. There are many versions like Male and Female versions of the song/ghazal. I would like to know by whom it is and where can i find it. A link will be great.
Its something like this..
"Ae Jane Man, Jane Baharan, Rukhsar Jaisay...."
I am sure many of you will know about it. Looking forward for your positive input in this regard.
