shud he b considered for team once again??y nt...
n i think..if he has reversed hs decision...he must ve been given sm assurance by PCB...(as in case of yousuf)
lets see ..if he s selected in test squad against india.
ths js shows that they want to play 4 their country's team..or may nt much sure abt ICL's future..nmay b he will play matches for IPL....

So Razzaq need to wait same more before could be in action again.
You are right about ICL future it looks bit iffy... but is just show Cricket is Own by "Cricket Boards" they can select anyone and they can reject anyone.
Cricket boards around the world like the idea of ICL's 20/20 league but they don't want to see anyone else make more money then "Board" this whole thing is about money first IPL and money more to follow soon.

ya n they r tryin all methods to fail ICL.. n wen ICL 2020 dates will clash with india vs pak series n IPL has signed bigger STARS of cricket..n i think they dont want even a sinle famous player to b in ICL..ICL 's future is really in sm serious doubt
abviously BCCI is richest board n dont want its monoply to b broken
n cricket s business for them..after all BCCI is a pvt. body.so its obvious dat they will b thinkin abt own profits n they know if ICL does well...it will surely mean their loss..
