A Suggestion To All Members

Hello friends !!!

well... frnds aaj kal forum per aap loag dekh rehe hain kay kiya kuch chal raha hai

her koi banda sirf aur sirf gupshup main laga hua hai jis ko dekho wo kahien per bhi jaa kar gupshup ya chat start kar deta hai main kisi ko point out nahi kar rehi lekin jin ke baray main maine baat ki wo loag samajh gaey honge ke unhi ki hee baat ho rehi hai !!!!

well... maine yeh nahi kaha ke aap loag chat na karien

chat karien zaroor karien lekin uske lia aik alehda se section bana hua hai Gupsup forum ka agar kisi ne chat karni hee hoti hai to udher jaa ker kar sakta hai

to mere kehnay ka maqsad yeh hai ke forum per jo topic chal raha hota hai aap sirf aur sirf usi topic per rahien aur aap loag baat kar hee rehe hain to sirf usi topic se related baat karien

kher is main kasoor aap logo ka bhi nahi hai kiu ke aaj kal forum per koi aisa topic chala hee nahi raha ke jis per discussion ho sakay aur dusro ko us say koi benifit milay aur agar koi aisa topic unfortunatily start ho bhi jata hai to loag us main apni gupshup start kar dete hain aur aik baat aur yeh main apne aap ko bhi keh rehi hun kiu ke main bhi inhi logo main shamil hun jo ke yeh kaam karte hain !!!!

well... yeh to rehi aik baat jis aap loag meri taraf say aik complaint samajh sakte hain mere apne lia aur baqi un tamam members ke lia jo ke yeh kuch karte hain !!!

ab rehi baat Topics ki to ab se hum logo ne yeh karna hai ke her koi jis ke zehan main koi acha sa topic ho ke jis ko discuss kiya jaey aur jis discussion say dusro ko faida ho wo start karna hai aur jis Section say related wo Topic ho ga usko usi Section main hee post karna hai Just like agar koi Cricket say related topic hai to wo sirf Cricket Section main hee post kiya jaey aur tamam members ko us topic main aanay ki invitation di jaey aur us main sirf usi topic say related discussion ki jaey aur koi aik final result nikala jaey !!!!

hopefully i will start few topic in next coming days then we will discuss on that topics and i hope to all members that there will no any thing like gupshup aur chit chat !!!

now plz tell me that how much i m right and why

nd how much i m wrong and why !!

means what are ur openions about this ?

well a sincere suggesion is that wat happened till yet can't be restored..... but wat is going on can be reduced by putting particular posts.... increase in sections..... or a local chat room....

there are alot of ways to do that.... if somebody wana talk on particular post is welcomed... but if somebody appreciate the existing postings alwaz makes a little extra stuff not desirable for selective readers...

& in addition i dislike if someone hit upon the stage to call somebody directly he/she is doing wrong..... v have some moderators that normally quote which leads to (&*^()*$#%$^$) u know wat i mean..... they can PM politely too to avoid any mishappen.....

finally i would appreciate it if dear Admin give us a plat form like Chat Room so that all that problems could be avoided.

well... now ab hamein khud sochna hai ke yeh hum loag khud isko avoide karien kiu ke hamaray paas is forum per Chat ke lia bhi aik section hai

now we think about it by ourself !! what we are doing and what should we do ?

Well, I dont think I have to prove my point here because I donot have to impress anyone here, but only for the sake of your goodness and for everyones goodness who is going to have any such relevant problems on this forum.

"I always do open criticism as you might have realised from my the history of my posts and most people here know least about myself and that I always face open criticism. I wouldnt mind if someone of you would send posts which will directly criticise my posts but in DECENT WORDS and I am not the kind of guy who would do networking in private messages, The reason I am a moderator is that I am responsible for the posts in my sections in order to filter them and initiate positive topics but unfortunately people these days dont like topics which are stressful just as in the section of "Delusioned Pakistanis" or "Misconceptions of non muslims" and they dont want to get the headache of discussion so people donot contribute in those useful sections. But anyways, if I criticise someone they shouldnt go paranoid, just because I am straightforward and open but having said that I might not be right always. Above all no one on this forum should take the impression from myself or any other moderators that if I criticise too much then this forum is crap, that would be absolutely wrong thinking, moderators dont make a forum great or not so great, its the people."

I couldnt understand half of it but yea good job lill one. My suggestion is to put set of rules in place and get more mods. Couple of warnings and get people outta here. So many Noobs sign up here everyday just to post one meaningless post..only way to organize this forum is for Mods to do the job. one strike two strikes and boom.
Chat room is silly silly idea. If someone dying to chat..arrange to b in yahoo rooms or msn or millions of other rooms on the net or exchange the damn fone numbers.

see riya you know from the beggining i get upset from you and iqbal when you talk in my threads becase its not related with the subject but really i get tiered from that talking then i stoped becase its my threads and iam amember and i have right to get upset more than now but now iam amoderator and i cant make any one upset if i warning him/ her alot becase her / his thread becase all members have rights to write any thing they want with limits ofcarse and they come here for fun as they said and i dont want to be meine to them
i dont want them think that becase iam amoderator i ordered them every time . but becase i dont own this forum i cant tell any body about that becase all members has their own point of view
i try to explain to them in PMs some times tolet them know that this thread is been reopening and you should close it by your own
becase i believe every one should be respected in this forum
and let him / her know that thier thread is usless but in privte to not Embarrassing them as i said and then they will close their topicz with smile on their faces
that is my point of view
and let them enjoy but with limits i repeat with limits
i hope you understand what i mean

and i suggest if any one open a topic and need to talk about it more then he/ she can open another thread called chatting in ...... name of that thread
