Dear Usman:You mean a pretty girl holding the brain (Human or from any animal) of some one in hands.than it is possible 
Because when Allah was passing away brain the pretty girls understood train & went to the train station.
PS.Joking beside girls are always more talented than boys.Beauty is the entire character of the girls (Seerat) & behind every successfull man there is a woman means women have always brain.!!! Not Brain Massala :lol:
