68th Pakistan Day Mubarak!

I know its abit late cuz I was abit busy yesterday but I congratulate all fellow muslims and Pakistanis the Pakistan day! as I can see no one initiated this topic.

Its been 68 years since the resolution for a separate country "Pakistan" was passed at Minaar e Pakistan Lahore by prominent leaders of Muslim League,which is two years after the Poet of the East Allama Iqbal, who actually conceived the idea of Pakistan as a seperate country and suggested this resolution in Khutba e Alah Abad 1930.
The resoultion passed on 23rd of march 1940 is also called "Pakistan Resolution" or قراردادِ پاکستان.
Let us all pray for the prosperity and bright future for Pakistan and promise ourselves that we are not going to do any act in future that could directly or indirectly harm Pakistan, whether its from keeping the country and the streets clean till fulfilling our jobs and promoting democracy and our opinions on foreign policy, rule of law, get our children best education, telling our new generation about our past and history, keeping our cultural values intact being good muslims, developing tolerance for our muslim brothers whether they are Shiites, Deobandi’s, Baraylvi, Ehl e Hadith or whoever because at the end of the day we all agree that “There is no God but Allah and Muhammad (SAW) is His messenger”.

I would like to hear from proud Pakistanis and your response to this message as a proof of promising me and yourselves that you will try your best to work for your country in a positive way and prefer country’s interest over your personal interests.

and one last thing please, this time I am initiating this topic, next time I would like anyone of you to start it, to remember Pakistan day and never forget it as it reminds us of "two nation theory" let us not diminish this ideology and the efforts our leaders did for Pakistan movement. Lets keep it sound and alive. So I send this message to all who read this topic please remember this day dont forget it and the value of this day. It was a great day for our nation.

Although its very late, but i couldnt find any topics about this on news section and i just clicked here. =)

Anyway, very nice reading your post...it was very good.

and i will also really really hope that now as pakistan has gotten a new government and everything the situation will change for better and pakistanis all around the world will pray for a better future of our beloved country Pakistan and also not just talk as i'm doing right now Embarassed
